Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Half an acre of meadow with appurtenances in the territory of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke] lying between the land of William le Muyr of Sumercotes [Somercotes] on the west side and the land of William de Leggesby [Legsby] on the east side, whose side abuts towards the south upon the land of Roger the chaplain. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly, in fee and inheritance, for 10s which Philip gave to Geoffrey in advance, for all services, suits of courts and demands.
