Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: A moiety of one selion in the territory of Salfledby [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Odo Galle on the east side and the land of Gilbert Stepni on the west side, and it abuts upon le Grist towards the north and upon le Fled towards the south. For 10s which Andrew gave to Ralph. To hold of Ralph and his heirs to Andrew and his heirs freely, quietly and peacefully, paying 1d yearly to Ralph and his heirs at Michaelmas for all service and secular exaction and demands.
