Place or subject: One selion of land in a place called Forlandes lying between the lands of William son of Robert on the north side and of Ralph de Brakenberg [Brackenborough] on the other, and the third part of one selion lying between the lands of Clement and Robert, sons of Margaret of Salfletebi [Saltfleetby], and the third part of one selion lying between the lands of Harald and William de Mannebi [Manby], whose limits abut upon the great bank towards the east. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Walter and his heirs freely and quietly with all easements.
