First party: William Futur with the advice and assent of his heirs.
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One selion which extends in length from Grist as far as Saltergate, and it has three perches in width, and one selion in Tirneholm which extends from Maredic as far as Midelgate. To hold of William and his heirs in fee and inheritance freely and quietly, paying yearly to William and his heirs 4½d for all services at four terms, namely 1d at Christmas, 1d at Easter, 1d at the feast of St Botolph, and 1½d at Michaelmas.
