Folio: 326v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Sale and quitclaim.
First party: Peter, son of Walter Galle, with the advice and consent of his heirs.
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo, his brother.
Place or subject: Eleven acres of meadow which lie between the meadow of Joscelin Galle and the meadow of Suann son of Stepi, and they abut upon the meadow of Ranulf son of Stepi. To hold of the chief lord of the same fee freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying yearly 11½d at four terms for all services and exactions pertaining to the land, namely 3d at Christmas, 3d at Easter, 3d at the feast of St Botolph, and 2½d at Michaelmas. For this sale and quitclaim Andrew gave Peter eight marks.
