First party: Alan, son of Alice son of Hyungtuny of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All Alan's right and claim in one toft and croft, together with all appurtenances, namely those which were of Reginald, Alan's uncle. For 20s which Philip gave to Alan in advance.
County: [Lincolnshire].
