Folios: 317-317v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Alice, daughter of Richard de la Flette of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: One acre of land with appurtenances in the territory of the same vill lying between Philip's land on the north side and Alice's land on the south side, and abutting towards the east upon the land of Agnes, her sister, and towards the west upon the land of Margaret, her sister. For a certain sum of money which Philip gave to Alice in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying to the lord of the fee one halfpenny yearly for all services and demands.
County: [Lincolnshire].
