First party: John, son of Robert de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, vicar of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: One acre of arable land and a fourth part of one acre and eight 'falls' lying between John's land on the west side and the land of Robert de le Ginng on the east side, in length from the 'grist' through the middle of John's toft as far as Roger's land which he bought from John. To hold to Roger and his assigns well and in peace and inheritance of John and his heirs for 16s which Roger gave to John in advance. Paying 1½d yearly to John and his heirs at Michaelmas for all secular services, suits and demands.
