Folio: 303v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Wigot son of Asgar.
Second party: Walter Galle.
Place or subject: Two perches in width in Thrnaholm in Wardifdeila on the east side. In these two perches there is contained an acre and a half of land. The length extends from Adic to Middelgate in Thirnaholm. Walter Gal [Galle] and his heirs shall hold that land from Wigot and his heirs free and quit in fee and inheritance, paying yearly 2½d for all services, namely a halfpenny at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter and St Botolph, and 1d at Michaelmas.
