Folio: 288. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter C. Grant.
First party: Simon, son of Richard de Friskena [Friskney].
Second party: Walter, son of Alan son of Gippus.
Place or subject: One dole in Freskena [Friskney] with the millstone and other appurtenances, namely that dole which Alan, father of Walter held of Simon. For his homage and service. To hold to Walter and his heirs of Simon and his heirs in fee and inheritance, well and in peace, freely and quietly, absolutely and honourably, paying yearly to Simon and his heirs 2s at three terms, namely 8d at the Purification of the Blessed Mary, 8d at the feast of St Botolph, and 8d at Michaelmas, for all service and secular exaction.
