Folios: 238-238v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter A. Grant.
First party: Rabod de Kel, son of Philip de Kel.
Second party: Henry Bek, son of Nicholas Bek.
Place or subject: The whole land which Philip had in the territory of Hundelbi [Hundleby] called Mikelbergwang, without any reservation or impediment from Rabod or his heirs. For his homage and service. To hold of Rabod and his heirs in fee and inheritance well, peacefully, freely and quietly, paying yearly to Rabod and his heirs half a pound of cumin or one penny at the feast of St Botulph for all secular service, exaction and demand.
