First party: William de Erpeham.
Second party: Simon de Montfort, earl of Leicester.
Place or subject: All his right and claim within the wood of Balteleg by Hungerford, just as it is enclosed and surrounded with a ditch, by reason of common, herbage, mast, dead wood to be collected and of any other thing. In recompense for which, the earl gave William five marks of silver.
