Second party: Payn [de] Chawrth [Chaworth], his lord.
Place or subject: One acre of land in the fields of Schetelanger [Shutlanger], lying in the west field in the cultivated field, which is called Shulle, one half of which lies next to the land of the church of Stok [Stoke Bruerne] and the other half lies in the same cultivated field next to the land of Simon Caperun, in exchange for one messuage in the vill of Shutlanger, which lies in his court, namely that which Walter Audreyt and John Blakeprest held. To hold of Hugh and his heirs to Payn and his heirs or assigns and their heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace, by right of inheritance forever.
