First party: William, son of Ellen, daughter of Richard de Kerby, physician (medici), being of lawful age.
Second party: Richard de Doninton [Donington], clerk.
Place or subject: His whole right and claim in certain land called le Boyshalle, which Ellen, his mother, sold to Richard and lies in the parish of St Mary de Castro, Leycestre [Leicester], between the land which Ellen sold to the commonalty of Leicester and the royal way which leads towards the mill of the castle. To hold to Richard and his heirs or assigns without any opposition from William or his heirs forever, doing to the chief lords the services due and accustomed for this.
