First party: William, son of Robert Tornay.
Second party: Thomas, earl of Lancaster.
Place or subject: One toft with appurtenances in Burtonstather [Burton Stather], namely the toft which William had from the gift of Robert, his father, and of which toft the earl is the chief lord of that fee. To hold to the earl and his heirs or assigns forever.
County: [Lincolnshire].
