Place or subject: His whole right and claim to 10s of annual rent which he used to receive from Martin de Ripariis, with homages, wards, reliefs and escheats and all things pertaining to it, without any reservation, issuing from one messuage and one carucate of land in Wiluby [Willoughby Waterleys], and one water-mill in Enderby. Which messuage, lands and mill John held of Edmund at one time by knight service. To hold to Edmund, his heirs or assigns without any challenge from John or his heirs forever.
