Is seeking Pilots for the cruising ground assigned him by Captain Edward William Campbell Rich Owen of HMS Immortalite and will proceed off Calais as soon as he has the Pilots, also seeks to procure two boats from the Navy yard, a Cutter and a Jolly boat.
