First party: Henry [Henry of Lancaster], earl of Lancaster and Leicester, steward of England.
Second party: The prior and convent of St Thomas outside Stafford.
Place or subject: The said earl grants to the said prior and convent 12 acres of his waste in Salford and Penilton [Pendleton], lying in length next to the ditch of the same prior and convent towards le Newehalle.
County: [Lancashire].
