Folios 192-193: Charles Rowley, HMS Eagle, Cawsand Bay. Regarding the mutinous conduct of William Simmons, Seaman, whilst on board a sloop captured by HMS Nautilous and the depositions of Mr Thomkins, Midshipman, and three Seamen; also explaining that he fell in with them on 22 December in circumstances of extreme distress and that it was only with greatest difficulty that rheir lives were saved.
