Folio 600: enclosed with folios 598-599. Note from Sir John Colpoys that the minute in question only refers to Mr [Moenly's ?] appointment and asking whether Lieutenant Lucius Curtis is to be promoted. It has been endorsed in another hand to say"Yes he is."
