Folios 97-98: Thomas Cochrane, 14 Old Cavendish Street. After taking the enclosed to General Benthane, he now understand that the regular method is to forward any proposed alterations to be laid before the admiralty.
Folio 99: enclosure with folios 97-98. Lord Cochrane's plan of a pump sent to General Benthane.
Folio 100: blank.
Folio 101: Enclosure with folios 97-98. Lord Cochrane's plan of sails sent to the Navy Board with extract of reference to the figure and drawings of the sails.
