Folios 81-82: enclosure with folios 79-80. Letter dated 9 May 1804 from John Newall, London, to William Marsden, Admiralty. Requesting that John Finlay of Eliza-Thomas Taylor, Master, belonging to the Union Company of Berwick impressed by Captain Thomas Cochrane HMS Arab and James Main impressed by Forrester Gun Brig from said ship Eliza be discharged,
