Description

Folios 75-76: Thomas Cochrane, HMS Arab. Reporting that he has found an officer on board who says he has been appointed to supersede First Lieutenant Trollop, who was injured in an exchange with a French convoy. He requests that the new officer is placed as acting Lieutenant only.
