Captain G P M Eves, Captain T R Harms, Flying Officer F J Brown, Radio Operator J D Jones, Flight Engineer J B Merriman (all Civilian BOAC): killed; Lieutenant Colonel L T Grove (Army), Sergeant J R Edling, Sergeant W H Kyle (RCAF), Pilot Officer H L B Lewis, Pilot Officer D J Owen, Flying Officer R L Scott (all Military Passengers): killed; Captain F A Dugan, Captain R M Lloyd, Mr E M Lloyd, Captain J Stagner, Mr F Scarfton, Mr R Wadsworth, Mr W I Wilson (all Civilian Passengers): killed; Sergeant G P Pollard: died of injuries; Pilot Officer C M Abelson (RCAF), Captain K E Parker: injured; Liberator AL591, BOAC, aircraft failed to complete transit flight, Gander, Newfoundland, 9 February 1943.
