Millennium Volunteers was a national UK government initiative aimed at young people aged between 16 and 24. Established with public funding, the scheme offered a range of volunteering opportunities, with support and accreditation. On 1 April 2007, the Millennium Volunteers scheme was taken over by the newly established charity 'V'.
