Parties: Sara Scudamore of Ballingham widow and executrix of William Scudamore late of Ballingham, Esquire, deceased, and John Scudamore of Ballingham, Esquire, son and heir of John Scudamore, therefore of Ballingham, Esquire of the one part, and Sir Robert Pye and James Scudamore of the Middle Temple, Esquire, youngest son of William Scudamore of the other part.
Type of Document: Deed concerning the payment of the overplus of the rents.
Places or Subject: A messuage and lands called the Burcott in Herefordshire, messuages, lands and tenements therefore of William Scudamore deceased in Tredonocke (Tredunnock) and elsewhere in Monmouthshire, certain bullaries of salt water with the seal belonging to them in Droitwich [Droitwich Spa] in Worcestershire and lands, tenements and tythes held by William Scudamore deceased partly of Robert late Earl of Essex and partly of the late Bishop of Hereford in Herefordshire..
