Employer Coalitions were set up by the New Deal Task Force and continued under its successor, the National Employment Panel (NEP). The Coalitions work closely with a range of organisations and employers in increasing skills and job opportunities for people disadvantaged in the labour market in ways that complement other public employment agencies.
