Folio 475. A petition from John Harison [Harison, appearing to urge against a policy of 'subscribing beef', or 'beef killing', in view of the injury it will do to 'your starving subjects'. Predicts the effect will be like 'the land carriage fishery [for transporting fish to London] some years ago [in 1763]'. Harison says: 'I may be found of the clerks in the Post Office'.
