Folios 464-467. Draft of a warrant granting a free and unconditional pardon for Robert Hill, addressed to James Adair Esquire the Recorder of London, the sheriffs of London, and the keeper of Newgate [gaol] London. Hill was previously convicted of a felony at the Old Bailey and pardoned on condition of entering the East Indian service, but again convicted of being at large in Great Britain.
