Beneficiary of the warrant: John Billesby, esquire, kinsman and next heir of Agnes Billesby, son of Richard Billesby, son of the same Agnes, late usher of the fee of the same Exchequer, deceased
Subject: 42s 1d for sealing 82 summons; 46s 3d, both for carrying 16 of the king’s writs by daily journeys to diverse places of England, and also for carrying the said summons and the said 16 writs to diverse counties of England; ?51s 7d for wax for sealing the said writs by daily journeys and for sealing 1,340 of the king’s writs; and 15s 11d for diverse necessary things bought in the Exchequer throughout the same time.
