Petition 'of the poor sufferers belonging to the Earl of Donegall's Regiment of Foot in Spain'. They have petitioned the King in French 'in order that he should better understand' their condition and that they are asking for no more than is 'their just due' and beg Townshend to intercede for them to obtain their 'despatch' and speedy relief.
