The Appellants' case in a complex and protracted legal dispute, arising from the failure to discharge a mortgage take out with Sir Walter Plunkett, in 1680, on the manor of Granard, by: Francis, Earl of Longford; his wife, Ann Countess of Longford; the Earl's brother, Ambrose Aungier; and Sir Charles Fielding. The appellants are: Sir Walter's surviving executors, Stephen Ludlow and Richard Fenner, acting in trust for Plunkett. The respondents are: the Honourable James Macartney senior, John Roberts, Gerrald Cuff, Michael Cuff, and James Macartney junior. Also mentions: Mr Justice Macartney. With an endorsement stating that case was to be heard on 13 January 1720. Printed text.
