Folios 3-4. The proclamation to be made by the King [James lll] in favour of his subjects. There are a few lines in French at the beginning of folio 4. 'Religious and affectionate thoughts from Mr Jean Lacman to Reverend Father Macdermot [McDermott ?], confessor to the English nuns of the order of St Dominic in Brussels'.
