Copy. Letter addresses 'Madam'. Speaks of the movement of 'goods' and the inconstancy of friends. Her cousin, Mr LC had threatened to arrest the writer and friends. The author will go to St James as requested by the recipient, and has spoken to Mr Kelly about the 'goods'.
