Part 2, Folios 22-23. To King George l.

Petition of John Smallwood on behalf of himself, John Baker, Thomas Webb, Henry Baker and Thomas Herberts owners of the 'Henrietta' and 'Coker' showing that an information has been brought against them for sending their ships into the limits of the East India Company without licence and praying for a writ of nolle prosequi.
