That on the information of Colonel Spicer, Lieutenant-Governor of Guernsey, he has arrested one Dorineaux [Charles Dorineau], on suspicion of conveying letters to Chevalier Bourblanc, now known as Chevalier de Temple, who is enlisting men for the Pretender. A copy of Dorineau' s examination, taken in French, is enclosed.
