Hospital(s): 4th Northern General Hospital, Lincoln; Prince of Wales Hospital for Officers, Marylebone.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Gas Asphyxia; Post-Broncho-Pneumonia.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted for two courses of treatment in England suffering with gas asphyxia, and broncho-pneumonia. Patient gassed at Ypres in April and July 1915. Further details given. Discharged on three weeks leave 24 May 1917. Includes three medical case sheets, a Prince of Wales Hospital pathological report, a Medical Board note, a discharge form and a note.
