Sergeant H D Whiting (RAAF), Sergeant R M Coughlan, Sergeant E Frais, Pilot Officer G E McGill (RCAF): prisoners of war; Sergeant D W Spooner (RAAF); injured; Sergeant L C Bray: uninjured; Wellington Z1142, 103 Squadron; crew baled out near Emden, Germany, but pilots returned in damaged aircraft to RAF Grimsby, 10 January 1942.
[McGill participated in the 'Great Escape' from Stalag Luft III on the night of 24/25 March 1944.]
