Folios 86-87. Report of Baron Adams on the case of the travelling pedlar Soloman Jacob, accused of stealing a glass from an alehouse kitchen. Confirming that he finds the Sailsbury Assizes verdict to be correct, but accepts that the King might find other aspects in the case which merit his mercy.
