Lease, indented, by George Rutter of Kingsley, Cheshire, gent, to Richard Cooke of Acton, Cheshire, yeoman, of a messuage or tenement in Acton, Cheshire, in consideration of £20 paid cash down, for the term of the lives of Richard Cooke, John and James Worrall, natural sons of Richard Worrall of Acton, deceased, at the annual rent of 9s. Mark and signature of Richard Cooke. Witnesses:- Thomas Dutton; Thomas Elles; John Cooke; Matthew Browne; Henry [Gare].
Endorsed:- memorandum of an agreement for the annual render of two hens at the Purification.
