Printed prize appeal from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Malta.
Captured ship: St Georgio e L'Amicizia (master Alesandra Ceffala).
Nationality: Ragusan, Ionian Islands.
History: bound from Odessa to Messina and Leghorn [Livorno] or Genoa, laden with grain; taken on 21 August 1803 by HMS Juno (Henry Richardson commanding), and brought into Malta.
Appellant: Mario Grosso of Valetta, Malta, agent and German consul, for goods wares and merchandise on behalf of Messrs Vincenzo and Luigi Lorovich of Odessa, German subjects.
Respondent: The captor and HMPG.
Bound printed appeal with manuscript decree of 25 February 1808 (folios 29-39).
Decision: against the appeal.
