Grant in fee simple by Sir John Darcy [De Vere], Lord Darcy of Chiche, to William Paulet, Richard Sackville, and Walter Mildmay, officers of the Exchequer, of the manors of Wigborough, Lee Wyke, and Wyars Hall, Essex, in consideration of a £1553 7s 8½d debt owed by Darcy to Elizabeth I as administrator of his father, Sir Thomas Darcy.
