Surrender by Sir William Stanley, Lord Monteagle, to William Paulet, Richard Sackville, and Walter Mildmay, officers of the Exchequer, of the manor and lordships of Beverley, Yorkshire, and Kirton, Broughton, Marton and the grange called Gayton, Lincolnshire, in consideration of a debt of £1013 6s 8d owed to Elizabeth I by Stanley for eight years of rent on lands and possessions belonging to the late monasteries of Barlings and Kirkstead and the possessions called Richmond, Lincolnshire.
