Details and Outcome: Includes clinical chart and second medical case sheet, glued together at head. Patient has history of rheumatism around 1904 [or possibly 1905]; also had malaria in Egypt. Has just recovered from shivering attack with temperature rising to 105 degrees; on admission partially recovered, but symptoms include pain in head and back. Treatment prescribed includes chicken diet with extras, quinine and arsenic, additionally digitalis by 13/09/1915. Discharged to light duty. Second case sheet: eye examination results; eye symptoms considered probably as a result of malaria.
