- Prefix was noted as in use by File Office 129 at the Departmental Record Officer (DRO) Census in February 1990. File Office 129 merged with File Office 286 and prefix transferred to 286 on the 21 September 2000. The prefix was then transferred to File Office 973 and closed in 2002.
