Folios 86-87. Report of the Attorney and Solicitor General upon ther case of the Vice Chancellor of Oxford and the rioters there. Relates to an account by Mr Blacow of Brasenose College of the 'treasonable public utterances' against His Majesty by members of St Mary's Hall and Balliol College, and the breach of duty by the vice chancellor (as a magistrater) to take the depositions of the witnesses in the Court of King's Bench.
