The Immigration Services Tribunal was created in October 2000 by the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 to hear appeals and disciplinary charges from decisions of the Immigration Services Commissioner. In January 2010 it transferred into the General Regulatory Chamber of the First?tier Tribunal as the First?tier Tribunal (Immigration Services).
