In January 2010 the Immigration Services Tribunal transferred into the General Regulatory Chamber of the First?tier Tribunal as the First?tier Tribunal (Immigration Services). The Tribunal hears appeals against decisions made by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner and considers disciplinary charges brought against immigration advisors by the Commissioner.
