Two extracts from 'The Railway Magazine' May 1924 pages 337-49, 'Jubilee of a Great London Terminus, Liverpool Street Station, London and North Eastern Railway' by J F Gairns, history, layout including plan, traffic, staffing, and attached frontispiece, colour plate reproduced by Alf Cooke Ltd of Leeds from a print by Gilette with printed caption below, 'Liverpool Street Station, London, Great Eastern Railway', exterior view of west side buildings, mainline and suburban approach roads and east side of London and North Western Railway Broad Street Station with passengers on foot, two- and four-wheel horse-drawn cabs and horse-drawn [Thomas Tilling] double-deck bus, colour plate is same item as ZSPC 11/526/34 and ZSPC 11/528/25.
