Folio 172: Commissioner Philip Vanbrugh, Plymouth. Receipt of letter and warrants to send the Port's Navy debt, allow extra time for Mr. Smith to complete his timber contract and to enter Richard Pardon as the Sutherland's Boatswain. The men removed from the Defiance, Phaeton fireship and the Princess Royal hospital ship into the Augusta, which is in the Sound, were paid. The Sutherland, Greyhound and the Shaftsbury East India ship sailed.
